Privacy Information

Please take the time to review our policy, terms and conditions and how they apply to you when visiting our website or utilising our services. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us, and how we will treat it. AI Support Assistant (chat)

This website provides an AI support assistant in the corner of the page. It answers questions about our products, hire, delivery, returns and collection points only.

What we collect. The text of the question you type is recorded so that we can see which questions our support library does not yet answer, and improve it. Your IP address is not stored with your question.

Your email address. If the assistant cannot answer your question it may offer to pass it to our support team. If — and only if — you choose to give an email address at that point, that address is used for one purpose: to reply to that question. It is not added to any mailing list, is not used for marketing campaigns, and is not shared with anyone else. It is deleted once your question has been dealt with. This is a narrower commitment than the general marketing consent described elsewhere in this policy, and where the two differ, this narrower commitment is the one that applies to anything you give the assistant.

Medical questions. The assistant does not answer medical, health or feeding questions. If you ask one it will decline and refer you to a health professional, and the question is not passed to our support team.

Processing outside the EEA. To generate its replies the assistant sends your question to DeepSeek, an AI provider located outside the European Economic Area. Please do not enter personal or health details into the chat. Medical questions are declined before they are sent anywhere.

Your rights. You can ask us to delete a question you submitted, and any email address attached to it, using the contact details in this policy.
